※If you are using HCI RoboHouse for the first time, you will need to register as a member(free of charge₎.
※You can use it whithout registering as a memmber.(Cash payment only₎ Please contact us for details.

make a reservation

※Advance reservations are required for the menu.

• 1. Access the reservation page

  

  Please sccess the reservation page from the QR code adove or "Reservation".

  ※Reservations are required at least one day in advance.

• 2. Select you desired reservation date

  

  Select either "Todays pre-order"or "Tomorrow's pre-order".

• 3. Select your desired reservation time

  

  Select your desired reservation time.

• 4. Product selection

  

  The products that can be provided at the selected time will be displayed, so tap the product you want to order.

• 5. Add product to cart

  

  After changing the quantity of the product,tap "Add to Cart".

• 6. Order confirmation

  

  When you have finished selecting the products youo want to order,tap "Confirm Order".

• 7. Payment method

  

  After confirming your order details, select your payment method.

• 8. Select payment method

  

  If you registered your card during membership registartion, select the red circle,otherwise select from below.

• 9. Order

  

  Once you have selected your payment method, tap "Order" at the bottom.

• 10. Order completed

  

  If the screen changes to the adove screen after 3 seconds from the order completion screen, the order is complete.

Visit the store

• 1. Visit us

  

  Please visit us on the day of your reservation.A reception robot will welcome you.

• 2. Check in to the dedicated terminal

  

  To enter the store, please hold the reservation QR code toward the camera.

• 3. Entering the store, staff check

  

  Our staff will check your QR code at the entrance.

  ※Please hold the reservation QR code over the staff's iPad.

• 4. Guide to your seat

  

  After entering the store, a guide robot will guide you. Please wait at your seat until your food arrives. The cooking robot will start cooking.

• 5. Drink bar

  

  While you wait fou your food to arrive, choose your favorite drink at the drink bar corner. If you press the button, the robot will put it in for you.

• 6. Wet towels・cutlery

  

  Service staff will be patrolling the floor, so please feel free to bring towels, cutlery, dressings, etc.

• 7. Seating

  

  A serving robot will bring the food to your seat. When the robot arrives, please pick it up.

• 8. Welcome home

  

  When you have finished esting, please feel free to leave your seat. The staff and the bashing robot will come to unload the dishes.

  ※From now on, you press the checkout button, a bashing robot will come to unload the dishes.

※Additional orders may not be possible depending on the time of day.

• 4.Seating

  

  A serving robot will bring the food to your seat. When the robot arrives, please pick it up.
